Impegno nella community e capacitā notevoli in campo hardware e software

Buon giorno a tutti, visto che non ho la possibilitā di installare i pacchetti della lingua italiana di ubuntu 7.10 in quanto non connesso, presenti peraltro solo sul dvd (che sto cercando di scaricare  ), chiedo agli esperti se qualcuno sa indirizzarmi per poter scaricare il pacchetto completo delle lingue, incluso open office, che dovrebbe pesare circa 18 mb.

trovi tutti i pacchetti .deb dei repo, li scarichi da windows, poi li installi su ubuntu con dpkg -i |

Buona sera a tutti, pur avendo la connessione ballerina ho provato ad aggiornare i pacchetti della lingua italiana, con la procedura da system nulla da fare, ho provato allora quella da terminale e questo č il responso

la mia domanda ora č...[.com]e faccio a fargli scaricare i pacchetti per la lingua italiana per tutto, incluso openoffice, firefox ecc ecc.

Death, un attimo, sei collegato da internet? se si dai in successione questi comandi (prima di fare qualsiasi altra cosa)
ti passo il mio sources.list, esegui i passaggi che ti indico e tutto dovrebbe andare bene (almeno spero :P)
backup sources.list originale:
sudo cp /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list.back
poi:
sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
quindi nel file di testo cancelli tutto il contenuto ed inserisci questo (copia - incolla)

salva e chiudi, ora questi comandi (aggiungiamo la chiave di autentificazione medibuntu)

quindi:

sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
quando il sistema č completamente aggiornato si passa al resto:
quindi si installa i pacchetti per l'italiano, per Gnome credo siano:
sudo apt-get install language-pack-gnome-it-base
sudo apt-get install language-pack-gnome-it
sudo apt-get install language-pack-it
quindi riavvii e dovrebbe andare (magari c'č da settare qualcosa nel pannello di controllo, comunque prova e ci dici)
