Frena, se usi un proxy con Internet Explorer sembra che questa sia necessaria:
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyServer = 216.133.248.227:80

queste a mio avviso sono inutili, ti ho inserito le due che aggiunge Microsoft Office, per il proxy controlla funzioni ancora se lo usi, altrimenti rifai il parametraggio.
